Stephen Anderson is an AI strategy consultant and governance adviser, helping boards and leadership teams in Scotland and across the UK make practical, accountable decisions about AI. Based in central Scotland and regularly working in Edinburgh, he helps leaders clarify the decision before they select a tool: where AI can genuinely help, what the organisation must control, and how the board can oversee progress.

I am an expert-level AI user with hands-on experience of developing and taking SaaS subscription services to market. I use AI-assisted development and integrate services including Cloudflare, Google Workspace and Zapier to create business-specific applications and workflows.
My background includes leading Kelpie Media, a marketing agency and TV production business employing more than 30 staff at its peak, alongside ACE Business Supplies and Woosh Couriers. That experience connects AI decisions with the realities of managing people, costs and customer commitments.
Alongside board and governance advice, I offer focused AI opportunity reviews, workflow design and application projects. We agree the scope, human oversight, testing and ongoing responsibilities before proceeding.
